Not sure if there鈥檚 a market interested in this with Relay, it鈥檚 very SMB related.
Nonetheless, there are good use cases, specially with reviews:
- When GMB review is received, share on slack/email
- When GMB review is received, have an agent redact a response, then answer automatically.
- When review is received, use AI to extract feedback and log it into notion/airtable/sheets.
